What's a typical day as an Order Desk Customer Service Admin? You'll be:
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence from associates and dealers, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Validating and processing company car orders based on order type and associate eligibility, maintaining accuracy in the CICS mainframe system.
• Distributing release and pick-up paperwork to associates and ensuring document completion for vehicle returns.
• Reconciling planned disposition dates to ensure timely processing and management of vehicle orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in order processing or customer service is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Are detail-oriented and capable of ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
