7am-3:30pm
What's a typical day as Order Fulfillment Coordinator? You'll be able to:
• Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
• Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
• Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
• Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
• Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
• Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
• Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
• Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
- Have basic Excel, computer knowledge
- Are comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.
- Are proactive in resolving shipment or delivery issues.
