  • 1st  8-430, Monday-Friday
  • Steel toe boots are required
  What's a typical day as Order Management Coordinator? You'll be:
  • Serving as the primary contact for all product-related communications to and from international markets.
  • Managing customer orders from entry through to receipt, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinating with Home Office, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to maintain up-to-date order status and provide critical communications.
  • Reviewing and processing monthly master orders for each country or market.
  • Generating order acknowledgements and comparing order quantities to sales history, forecasts, and inventory.
  • Collaborating with demand analysts and country managers to improve forecast accuracy and order management.
  • Allocating products for shipment, generating shipping instructions and export documentation, and coordinating with the warehouse.
  • Tracking shipments, managing special requests, and ensuring export compliance.
  • Serving as liaison for regulatory communications, maintaining documentation, and supporting new product communications.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have proven experience in order management or supply chain operations (required).
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exhibit adaptability, collaboration, and a focus on quality.
  • Have experience with import/export documentation and compliance (preferred).
  • Are comfortable attending meetings and conference calls as needed.
