Job Posting: Order Processor - Picker Packer – Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $17/hour (Pay increases by $1 after 90 days and direct hire)
Location: Pooler, GA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch; some overtime expected) Your Impact As an Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling, preparing, and packaging orders for shipping. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting safe and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Move, lift, and stack boxed orders
  • Repackage items, including re-boxing, using bubble wrap or packing paper, and sealing boxes according to packaging guides
  • Identify and report damages or discrepancies to prevent quality issues for customers
  • Accurately process and place shipping labels via computer systems, following routing/packaging guides
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment
  • Utilize RF scanning equipment
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a packer and/or order shipper preferred
  • High attention to detail; comfortable with computers
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination; able to bend, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull boxes up to 60 lbs repetitively
  • High school diploma required
  • No equipment experience required, but training provided on EPJ
Dress Code:
Tennis shoes with covered ankles are required; most employees wear jeans and standard warehouse attire.
