What's a typical day as Ordering Coordinator? You'll be:
- Monitoring incoming requests for mobile device equipment or services and ensuring they are processed efficiently.
- Recording data about each order using company-specific databases and providing detailed documentation of each transaction.
- Performing daily follow-ups on existing orders to ensure timely and accurate completion and acting as a liaison between customers and vendors to resolve issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is beneficial).
- Bring a minimum of 6 months of experience in wireless communication and possess a general understanding of smartphone devices and services.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
