Bidding Coordinator - Join Our Team! 
In this role, you'll be a key player in securing competitive bids for our exciting projects. You'll spend your day connecting with subcontractors, building rapport, and guiding them through the bidding process. 

  • Use your research skills to identify and connect with potential subcontractors.
  • Proactively reach out to subcontractors via phone to introduce them to our projects and encourage their participation in the bidding process. Expect a high volume of calls as you build your network!
  • Follow up with subcontractors, answer their questions, and ensure they have everything they need to submit successful bids.
  • Maintain and update our subcontractor database with accurate and detailed information.
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in outbound calling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're comfortable striking up conversations with new people every day.
  • Top-notch organizational and time-management skills – you're able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
