Outbound Picker – Lumb Module (Vision-Based Picking System)

Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Schedule: 10:00am until work is complete (10–12 hours/day)
Work Days: Monday - Friday Minimal to no weekends

Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Outbound Pickers to support order fulfillment on the Lumb Module using a vision-based picking system (no headset). This position involves physical picking and placement of medical products into totes that move along a conveyor system. If you enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work with consistent hours, this is a great opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pick products by hand using an iPhone-style device mounted to the arm, which displays instructions and directs associates to the correct pick location.

  • Work within a 3-level picking module that features a conveyor running through the center.

  • Follow totes along the conveyor as they move down the module and pick items into the tote at the designated pick points.

  • Ensure items are accurately placed into the tote traveling on the middle conveyor.

  • Once the tote reaches the floor level, it moves to the dock for sorting and outbound shipment.

  • Perform repetitive physical tasks with accuracy and maintain productivity requirements.

  • Use safe lifting techniques and follow all warehouse safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and walking throughout a multi-level module.

  • Hand picking and placing products into totes continuously throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (majority of items around 20 lbs, such as gauze and catheters).

  • Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts.

What We're Looking For
  • Ability to follow directions from a vision-based system (no headset required).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dependable attendance and willingness to stay until shift completion.

  • Prior warehouse or picking experience preferred, but not required.
