Kelly Services is currently seeking a Floor Tech for 3rd shift for one of Lubbock's premier employers. Floor Tech experience is required. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate with a raise and benefits upon permanant hire. Apply today!

Hours and pay rate:

• 10:30pm-7am, including some weekends
• $13.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate floor machines for buffing and scrubbing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect floors regularly to identify areas that require attention and maintenance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of floor equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and cleanliness throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating floor machines, including buffers and scrubbers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
