Shifts:

• 8-hour shifts
• Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Standard start time is 7:30 AM, with potential flexibility

Job Summary

We are seeking seven reliable Packaging Machine Operators (Filling Tech) for temp-to-perm roles. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, mixing, filling, operating, and troubleshooting our filling equipment for bulk and BiPak orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all operating procedures including ISO processes, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS guidelines
• Fill production orders based on fill tickets
• Complete requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Weigh and heat materials as required
• Operate a variety of equipment, such as computers, scales, mixers (Hobart, Ross, Speed Miser, Air Mixer), paint shaker, large 30-gallon roller, and ovens
• Use and operate BiPak/QuickPouch and label printing equipment
• Handle dispensing equipment (Eppendorf, Gilson, and Semmatic/Nordon)
• Conduct in-process material quality inspections
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
