Job Title: Parts Assembler I – Sorter
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: In-house (primary) and customer facilities as needed

  Position Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Parts Assembler I/Sorter to join our team. This position involves working on a variety of projects depending on customer needs, including visual inspection, gaging, and rework of parts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the day and performing hands-on work in both in-house and customer facility environments as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspection of parts and components, often under magnification
  • Rework parts using hand tools such as sanders, grinders, or saws
  • Pick, separate, and assemble parts or kits according to project requirements
  • Conduct gaging and testing of parts using provided equipment
  • Perform repair, sorting, and rework at customer facilities under team leader supervision
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality standards throughout all processes
  • Follow safety and quality protocols at all times
  • Adapt to changing priorities, projects, and work assignments as dictated by workload and customer demand
Physical and Work Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods, depending on the project
  • Must be able to visually inspect small parts under magnification
  • Steel-toe boots required

  • Comfortable performing repetitive or precision tasks
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work at various customer sites when needed
