Why you should apply to be a Parts Coordinator II: 

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour 

  • Location: Holland, MI 49424 

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM  (9 hours/day, some weekend work required) 

  • Employment Type: Contract – 10 months 
     

What's a typical day as a Parts Coordinator? You will: 

  • Accurately place incoming stock in designated storage areas 

  • Pull parts from pick lists for pump and parts orders 

  • Package and ship parts, including preparing crates for overseas delivery 

  • Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) frequently 

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming freight 

  • Measure materials using a tape measure with precision 

  • Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory records in the system 

  • Monitor parts backlog and communicate delays to supervisors 

  • Follow all safety and 5S standards 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

  • A High School Diploma or GED 

  • 3–5 years of warehouse or stockroom experience 

  • Proficiency in operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) 

  • Crating and shipping experience, including international 

  • Strong ability to read and use a tape measure accurately 

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

  • Knowledge of 5S and warehouse safety procedures
