Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM (9 hours/day, some weekend work required)

Employment Type: Contract – 10 months
What's a typical day as a Parts Coordinator? You will:
-
Accurately place incoming stock in designated storage areas
-
Pull parts from pick lists for pump and parts orders
-
Package and ship parts, including preparing crates for overseas delivery
-
Operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) frequently
-
Receive, inspect, and document incoming freight
-
Measure materials using a tape measure with precision
-
Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory records in the system
-
Monitor parts backlog and communicate delays to supervisors
-
Follow all safety and 5S standards
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
-
A High School Diploma or GED
-
3–5 years of warehouse or stockroom experience
-
Proficiency in operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)
-
Crating and shipping experience, including international
-
Strong ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
-
Familiarity with inventory management systems
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Knowledge of 5S and warehouse safety procedures
