Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst for one of our top tier customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful reports to senior management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation and tax regulations.
  • Process Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly payrolls for non-exempt and exempt employees using multiple company codes.
  • Review and balance payrolls before and after processing.
  • Validate confirmed reports.
  • Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll systems.
  • Stay informed of regulations, interpretations, and practices pertaining to payroll accounting.
  • Follow established policies and procedures; develop and/or recommend new or revised procedures for improving overall efficiency in the payroll department.
  • Document all payroll-related processes.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of periodic/special reports for government agencies, tax authorities, insurance companies, industry associations, and other units of the Company as required.
  • Respond to various audit and tax agency queries and requests.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Run reports from time and attendance systems and payroll systems.
  • Accurately process employee pay for items including special payments and retro payments.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related problems or questions by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Communicate with employees and other departments to answer questions and resolve problems.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary between 60 and 65
