Kelly Services is partnering with a respected organization to fill an immediate opening for a temp to hire Payroll Benefits Coordinator in San Bernardino, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, experienced payroll professional looking to join a stable and supportive team.

Location: San Bernardino, CA 92408
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $27.00-29.00

Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Payroll Benefits Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits. This position plays a key role in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and supporting employees with benefit-related questions. You'll work closely with the HR team and utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and audit payroll with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Monitor and manage employee leaves in compliance with policies
  • Reconcile payroll and benefit data in ADP Workforce Now
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of recent experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
