Shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm 

Pay: $22/hr 

What's a typical day as a Pharmaceutical Documentation Specialist?

  • Supporting and troubleshooting the batch and documentation review process for production operations
  • Ensuring batch documentation, SOPs, and other standardized production documents meet internal and external requirements including cGMPs and ISO standards
  • Reviewing and approving executed batch production records (BPRs) for compliance and accuracy
  • Issuing, tracking, and driving batch review and documentation processes
  • Coaching production employees on quality-related activities
  • Supporting minor deviations and helping implement process improvements
  • Maintaining site compliance and facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing
  • Reporting directly to the Manager, Production – OFP
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have an Associate's Degree in Technology, Science, Pharma, or equivalent industrial, military, or vocational training combined with relevant experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Skilled in pharmaceutical documentation, including batch reports and SOPs, and understand FDA and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and a willingness to learn new IT systems
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
