We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with several years of PLATING experience to join a talented team and drive excellence in metal treatment services across various industries. As a technical leader, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production, ensuring quality compliance, and implementing continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 3+ years of plating experience
- experience with precious metal plating, specifically gold
- experience working in a job shop (low volume, high mix)
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Line Support:
- Train operators on new and existing processes.
- Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and serve as backup for specialized processes.
- Minimum of [number] years' experience in engineering or metal treatment processes.
- Must have extensive experience with plating processes, specifically precious metals processing
- Experience working in a job shop environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process improvements.
