Job Title: Pouch Making Lead
Department: Manufacturing
Location: West Bridgewater, MA
Reports To: Pouch Room Supervisor
Classification: Direct Hire
We are seeking a Pouch Making Lead to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on leadership role. This individual will operate pouch-making machinery, ensure product quality, and provide guidance to production operators. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and experienced in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate and monitor pouch-making machines to ensure consistent quality and output

Set up machines, make mechanical adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as needed

Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production records

Supervise and support pouch operators during assigned shift

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness, and production schedules

Participate in shift transitions and collaborate with other departments to meet goals

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

Prior experience operating and adjusting production machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Forklift experience required

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, inventory tracking)
Base Pay: Starting at $20/hour~$25/hour
Shift Differentials:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$2.00/hour)

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hour)

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (2–6 weeks; shift differentials do not apply during training)

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Comfortable working in a high-noise, manufacturing environment

Must wear required PPE (glasses, gloves, etc.)
