Kelly is currently seeking a Precinct Service Clerk for the elections office located in Orlando, FL 32806.
Pay: $15 per hour/ plus mileage
Assignment Start- May 2025
Assignment End- September 2025
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm will work overtime during peak times. Could be 80+ hours
(you have to be flexible to work long hours, nights and weekends with little to no notice)
What's a typical day as a Precinct Service Clerk? You'll be:
• Scheduling poll workers for orientation
• Assisting with poll worker training
• Entering data for poll worker election assignments
• Providing Election Day support for poll workers
• Working sponsored registration drives to recruit poll workers
• Procuring polling places
• Traveling to polling sites on occasion (must have own vehicle and will be paid mileage)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in data entry, administration in an office setting.
* At least 40 words per minute, familiar with computers and ability to learn new computer programs.
• Are flexible to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
-Able to travel to different polling sites ( mileage reimbursement)
