Join Our Team as a Press Brake Operator!
1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Great Pay: $15–$25/hr
Are you passionate about quality craftsmanship and ready to take your skills to the next level? We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Press Brake Operators—where your attention to detail will help us deliver zero-defect products and top-notch customer satisfaction every time.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am
- Operate high-tech, computer-controlled press brake machines to produce accurate formed parts.
- Read and interpret production paperwork and blueprints to ensure every job meets customer specs.
- Measure and check parts with precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
- Load programs and verify you're running the correct parts and quantities for each order.
- Guarantee your work meets strict quality standards through hands-on inspection and paperwork.
- Keep your workspace clean and safe, following our 6S and Safety Policies at all times.
- Maintain material traceability and help prevent errors with proper documentation and tagging.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and perform basic setups for noncomplex bends.
- Participate in on-the-job training and collaborate with team members to advance continuous improvement.
- Previous experience using press brakes or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to wear safety gear and comply with all safety rules (safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection as required, gloves when handling parts).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
