Print Operator and Finisher
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM - 10:30PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Pay: $17.50/hr

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Print Operator and Finisher to join our customer in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, as well as performing various finishing tasks to ensure the highest quality of printed materials. Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Print Operator Duties:

• Operate and maintain printing presses and other printing equipment
• Set up machines, load materials, and ensure accurate print settings
• Monitor the printing process and perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.

Finisher Duties

• Perform post-printing tasks including cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and packaging
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Shift Training:

• 1st and 2nd Shifts: Training will be provided during your assigned shift
• 3rd Shift: Must be available to train on the 1st shift for a period of 10 days

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a print production or finishing role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
