Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Support:
  • Train operators on new and existing processes.
  • Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and serve as backup for specialized processes.
• Defect Resolution & Quality Assurance:
  • Investigate causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Custom Solutions:
  • Develop custom racking solutions for challenging parts.
• Equipment and Chemical Processes:
  • Provide engineering input on repair strategies and upgrades.
• Documentation & Workflow Optimization:
  • Verify and update traveler instructions; create standard work documentation.
• Process Development & Introduction:
  • Support new part introductions and collaborate on technical reviews.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead efforts to reduce waste and optimize processes through data analysis and small-scale projects.
• Equipment Upgrades:
  • Assist in modernization efforts and evaluate upgrade performance.
• Wastewater Treatment:
  • Serve as backup operator and respond to urgent issues.
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Support compliance with industry standards, including ISO and NADCAP.

Qualifications:
