Job Opportunity: Production Assembly Associate
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $15/hr
- Part Preparation: Collect required parts and materials as specified by work orders or blueprints.
- Assembly Process: Utilize hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment to precisely assemble components into finished products.
- Quality Control: Review assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards; identify and report defects.
- Instructions Compliance: Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to understand proper assembly procedures.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Inventory Management: Monitor parts inventory and alert supervisors when supplies are low.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve minor assembly issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on the assembly line.
- Manual Dexterity: Capable of handling small parts with precision.
- Attention to Detail: Diligently follow instructions and spot potential errors.
- Basic Mechanical Skills: Knowledgeable in using hand tools and power tools for assembly.
- Reading Comprehension: Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents like blueprints.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Teamwork Skills: Effective collaboration with fellow assembly line workers to maintain workflow.
- Manufacturing Plants: Engage in product assembly on a production line within a factory setting.
- Electronics Assembly: Work with sensitive electronic components, often in a cleanroom environment.
- Automotive Assembly: Assemble car parts in large-scale manufacturing facilities.
