Job Title: Production Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Long Beach, Ca 90815
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday night start)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site | 3rd Shift Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Associate to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will operate both automated and manual bindery equipment and support digital printing operations. You will also assist in large format printing, finishing, material handling, and shipping. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated and non-automated bindery equipment
  • Support digital and large format printing/finishing operations
  • Manage materials handling and shipping duties
  • Promote customer satisfaction through quality and timely execution of work
  • Perform order workflow scans to track order completion, quality checks, and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a professional setting
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Capable of following detailed instructions and managing priorities efficiently
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency required
