Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift- 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday.

What's a typical day as a Production Associate? You'll be:
• Performing visual quality checks on stacks of doors, identifying and repairing defects to meet quality specifications.
• Operating various tools including glue guns, palm sanders, and chisels to ensure high-quality repairs and finishes on doors.
• Communicating effectively with upstream and downstream departments to address and resolve any process-oriented defects quickly.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify product quality and defects, with a strong understanding of woodworking tools.
• Are capable of lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 80 lbs and can stand for long periods.
• Possess strong communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous focus and multi-tasking.
