Production Associate – All Shifts (Entry-Level)
Cato, NY |  Full-time, Temp To Hire |  $16.50 – $20.00 per hour
Now hiring for multiple immediate openings! About the Role
Kelly Services is hiring Production Associates in Cato, NY. This company is a trusted producer of high-quality nutrition bars for national distribution and is expanding its team due to growth.
This is an entry-level opportunity.  No prior manufacturing experience required. We're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. What You'll Do

  • Assist in the safe, accurate, and efficient production of nutrition bars
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Operate production line equipment (training provided)
  • Monitor product quality and report issues
  • Perform rework and repackaging as needed
  • Support one or more of the following areas:
  • Slab Line Associate – Feed product onto slab line, prevent stoppages
  • Sorters – Reload bars onto conveyors, manage product during downtime
  • Packing – Package products per specifications
  • Palletizer – Stack finished cartons onto pallets per job specs
Shift Availability
Monday–Friday
  • 4am-12:30pm
  • 7am-3:45pm
  • 8:30am-5pm
  • 2:45pm-11pm
  • 11pm- 7:30am

All shifts available (shift assignments may vary based on business needs)
8-hour shifts Pay & Benefits
$16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on shift and experience)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and safety protocols
  • Reliable transportation to and from Cato, NY 13033
