Pay Rate: $23.25 per hour
Schedule: 5:50pm-6:00am
Rotating every other week:
1 week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, AND Saturday night
2 week: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday night
Production Associate:
- Reading and complying with the Company's Environmental and Quality Policies, while reporting any deviations to management.
- Setting up extruders to run products according to standard operating conditions, ensuring minimal downtime and product loss.
- Maintaining accurate records, including run logs, feed blends, and packaging reports, while keeping the oncoming operator informed of important issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED, or possess 5 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a diploma or GED.
- Preferably have two or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hold a valid driver's license and possess the ability to meet quality expectations for manufacturing.
