$20 11pm-7:30am

Kelly Services is hiring Production Associates for multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The company is a trusted producer of high-quality snack products for national distribution.
  Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform all job duties according to established specifications, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure consistent product quality throughout production
• Operate machinery as required by the position—training provided

• Continuously feed product onto the slab line, ensuring no gaps, holes, or stoppages.

• Feed bars onto conveyors, remove and rework poorly wrapped products.

• Package products per specifications

• Stack finished products on pallets

Shift Availability
Monday-Friday (8-hr shifts)

• 2:45pm-11pm
• 11pm-7:30am

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
• Availability for overtime, as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance and transportation.
