Employment: Contract – 3 months
Shift: Start of the shift is Monday until the completion of 40 hours ,7:45AM to 8PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Summary of responsibilities:
The Production Utility Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production lines are supplied, materials are handled correctly, and finished goods are packaged, staged, and shipped accurately. This role works closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to maintain safety, efficiency, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Support production lines by supplying materials and maintaining continuous workflow

Start and operate mixers or production lines as required

Empty production lines and stack product onto pallets for WIP or finished goods

Build and maintain pallets to keep up with production output

Ensure correct packaging materials are used for each product type

Track and record inventory produced during the shift

Monitor, document, and report downtime and root causes

Assist with quality checks through visual inspection or basic measuring tools

Stage, label, load, and unload shipments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery

Maintain a clean, organized work area following 6S standards

Work collaboratively with plant staff to promote a safe and efficient work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision
Must-haves:

Prior manufacturing experience (required)

Ability to work B Crew schedule: 7:45 AM–8:00 PM COS

Ability to follow safety procedures and work in an industrial environment

Experience handling materials, pallets, or production output
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills
-
Ability to perform basic paperwork and production tracking
Nice-to-Haves:

Plastics manufacturing experience

High School Diploma or GED
-
Experience operating mixers or production equipment
-
Familiarity with 6S, lean manufacturing, or housekeeping standards

Forklift or material handling experience
