What's a typical day as a Production Finisher? You'll be:

• Prepare surfaces for topcoat application by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply topcoat finishes to custom rocket launchers with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in painting or coating applications, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a production environment.
