About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support the production of high-quality finished goods. In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, perform in-process quality checks, and help ensure materials move smoothly through each stage of production. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a structured and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and materials in process.

  • Perform in-process quality tests to ensure products meet required specifications.

  • Identify equipment issues, product inconsistencies, or process deficiencies—and troubleshoot to maintain optimal production levels.

Examples of Daily Tasks
  • Conduct tests such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content checks.

  • Follow blueprints, sub-assembly layouts, schematics, and work instructions.

  • Track orders received, work completed, and remaining inventory.

  • Coordinate workload, staffing, and equipment capacity to support production needs.

  • Collaborate with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams to help build and monitor master production schedules.

  • Request materials and update delivery timelines as needed.

Skill Level & Experience
  • No prior experience required — training is provided.

  • Ability to learn and follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort performing routine, repetitive tasks.

Job Scope & Complexity
  • Work is task-focused, routine, and follows established procedures.

  • Ideal for individuals new to manufacturing or seeking stable, structured work with opportunities to gain technical skills.
