Job Title: Production Operator – Medical
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM

Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring high-quality medical products are produced according to company standards. This role involves monitoring materials, maintaining accurate records, performing in-process testing, and identifying any equipment or product issues to maintain optimal production flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment used to convert raw materials into finished products.

  • Track and record raw material usage and maintain accurate inventory and production documentation.

  • Perform routine in-process quality tests to ensure products meet required specifications.

  • Identify equipment malfunctions or product irregularities and assist in basic troubleshooting.

  • Follow blueprints, sub-assembly layouts, schematics, and production instructions.

  • Maintain running logs of orders received, work completed, and inventory status.

  • Assist in coordinating schedules with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams.

  • Requisition materials and confirm delivery timelines as needed.
