Job Specifications:

- Shift: Rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule (4-week cycle alternating day and night shifts)
4 night shifts, then 3 days off
3 day shifts, then 1 day off
3 night shifts, then 3 days off
4 day shifts, then 7 days off
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily area and equipment inspections.
- Prepare materials and set up equipment according to recipes and work instructions.
- Safely operate mobile and material handling equipment.
- Monitor and operate molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment.
- Control and adjust equipment and process parameters to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Document, collect, and report production data.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace consistently.
- Follow all mandatory safety requirements, regulations, and policies while wearing and maintaining company-issued PPE.
- Actively participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in foundry, hot metal working, or other molten metal processing.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on housekeeping.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry into ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
