Location: Norcross, GA 30093

Employment: 3 months temp-to-hire (100% onsite for at least the first 90 days, then opportunity for hybrid once converted to permanent)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Facilitate requirements to establish and maintain material configurations in SAP for production orders.
-
Review production drawings and translate them into production bills of materials and work center routings.
-
Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, resale items, and stocked finished goods.
-
Accurately set up orders to maximize material efficiency.
-
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams for order releases.

Schedule work order operations to meet project shipping deadlines.
-
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.

Previous experience in Production Scheduling/Planning or Demand Planning within a manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of production procedures in Made to Order (MTO) or Engineered to Order (ETO) manufacturing.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Ability to read and interpret production drawings.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention to detail skills.

Professional communication skills (phone, email, personal interaction).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Understanding and adherence to manufacturing safety standards.
