This is a direct hire position meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit, vacation and compensation package upon hire.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will ensure that production operations are carried out efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest quality standards. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in organizing workflows, managing personnel, and reporting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, optimizing work processes to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production outputs and quality standards, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement and uphold quality control measures.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skill levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement practices and initiatives.
• Manage and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three + years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement training.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
