Production Supervisor
Full-Time | $28.85 – $33.65 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving results, developing teams, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
What You'll Do
Production & Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, output, and delivery goals
- Set up and monitor production schedules; adjust staffing, materials, and workflows as needed
- Delegate tasks based on team strengths and skill sets
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns appropriately
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and hold stakeholders accountable
- Communicate safety updates, quality alerts, organizational changes, and operational priorities
- Provide timely feedback to leadership
- Align team members with shift goals and performance expectations
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees and team leaders
- Conduct training, performance feedback, and corrective actions as needed
- Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Address attendance, conflict resolution, and policy adherence
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and accountable team culture
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and adaptability
- Conduct daily 5-minute start-up meetings to review:
- Safety topics
- Quality performance
- Production updates
- Shift priorities and expectations
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5–7 years of manufacturing experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
- Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to balance assertiveness with a positive team environment
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to deliver on schedule
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
- Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed
