Production Technician I - Pharmaceutical- Syracuse, NY



Location: Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt 
Pay: $20.41/hour 
Schedule: 4 days/week, 3rd shift-  8 PM-6:30 AM (SUN-WED) 
Mandatory OT may require SUN-THU 

We're looking for a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Associate to operate and maintain production equipment. This role involves working with filling, packaging, and labeling machines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate and maintain production equipment 
• Follow cleanliness and safety protocols 
• Accurately document production activities 
• Communicate with supervisors and teams 
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting 

What You Need: 

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) 
• 6 months - 1 year in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments 
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic math skills 
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
