Syensqo is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Production Technician to join our team at one of our most critical sites. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing team where your work directly supports production goals, quality standards, and innovation in manufacturing.
What You'll DoAs a Production Technician, you will:

Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and take corrective action.

Monitor quality, make adjustments, and ensure products meet top standards.

Perform upkeep and preventative maintenance to improve reliability.
-
Handle materials, including packaging and labeling finished products.
-
Inspect and splice fibers, ensuring smooth production line flow.
-
Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed production targets.
-
Stable work history and strong work ethic.
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
-
Ability to:
-
Work 12-hour rotating shifts (with overtime as needed).
-
Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs regularly.
-
Sit or stand for 10–12 hours with or without accommodation.
-
Operate computers and related systems.
Must pass Essential Function Testing and respirator fit.
Preferred (not required):
-
1+ year of manufacturing experience.
-
Fiber or web handling background (nonwovens, textiles, plastics, paper, etc.).

Competitive Pay: $22.25/hour + $0.75 shift differential.
