Syensqo is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Production Technician to join our team at one of our most critical sites. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing team where your work directly supports production goals, quality standards, and innovation in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will:

  • Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and take corrective action.

  • Monitor quality, make adjustments, and ensure products meet top standards.

  • Perform upkeep and preventative maintenance to improve reliability.

  • Handle materials, including packaging and labeling finished products.

  • Inspect and splice fibers, ensuring smooth production line flow.

  • Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed production targets.

What You Bring
  • Stable work history and strong work ethic.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Ability to:

  • Work 12-hour rotating shifts (with overtime as needed).

  • Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs regularly.

  • Sit or stand for 10–12 hours with or without accommodation.

  • Operate computers and related systems.

  • Must pass Essential Function Testing and respirator fit.

    Preferred (not required):

    • 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

    • Fiber or web handling background (nonwovens, textiles, plastics, paper, etc.).
