Job Title: Program Coordinator (Remote - Lafayette Area)  
Location: Lafayette Area (Remote)  
Job Type: Part-time  
Schedule: M, W, F 8:30-3:30  

Job Summary:
Kelly is currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Program Coordinator. This remote position requires the candidate to reside in the Lafayette area. As a Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing the Association's program delivery and growth strategy. The focus will be on expanding outreach in new, underrepresented, and rural communities through volunteer-delivered programs. Reporting to the Program Director, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, engaging, and growing volunteers and community partners while adhering to best practices to achieve growth goals and benchmarks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement a data-informed community impact plan to expand reach in assigned markets.
- Conduct ongoing community assessments through Community Forums.
- Recruit, train, and lead volunteers to deliver and grow programs in designated markets.
- Maintain a portfolio of community partners using a relationship sales approach to grow program reach.
- Create urgency for our cause by promoting a full-mission value proposition.
- Model and foster behaviors that contribute to a culture aligned with the Association's goals and core values.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program, community impact, and volunteer performance data.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to cultivate relationships with targeted partners/organizations and diverse populations.
- Effective collaboration, accountability, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong representation of the Association to community and corporate partners.
- Proven experience in community service development and sustained program integration.
- General knowledge of community health, community-based organizations, and systems.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in program delivery or volunteer management.
- Experience in community health and community mobilization is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Possible travel, including evening and weekend work, is required.

Note Only candidates residing in the Lafayette area will be considered for this remote position. We need someone who is more available to be present in the community.
