Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Change Coordinator I with a global water technology manufacturing company that designs and delivers advanced solutions for water and wastewater management, industrial processing, and environmental monitoring.

Why you should apply to be a Change Coordinator I:

Location: Morton Grove, IL
? Pay Rate: $40/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM start time (8-hour shift)
? Employment Type: 6-month contract
? Work Setup: Fully onsite to start (potential hybrid flexibility at manager discretion)

? What's a typical day as a Change Coordinator I? You will:
  • Own and manage ECRs through the full approval and implementation process using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)

  • Lead weekly change meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams

  • Support engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation

  • Follow up on projects and products in the factory as needed (up to 2x per week; PPE required)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment

  • Strong project management and change management experience

  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems; Windchill highly preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
