Job Title: Project Coordinator (Construction Coordinator)
Location: Remote (with potential for hybrid if hired permanently)
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator's primary responsibility is to act as the administrative support for the Construction Services field teams. This position will schedule and track all construction jobs, including renovation tasks assigned to Construction Superintendents and vendors. The role is critical in facilitating communication between various departments and ensuring the smooth flow of information, ultimately compressing construction cycle times and ensuring quality.

Schedule:

  • Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday, 1 to 2 weeks)
  • Post-Training: Flexible hours based on project needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules for field employees and check employee schedules daily.
  • Communicate with vendors and Construction Superintendents to update workflow on job/task status and completion.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of information into workflow management systems.
  • Assist in assigning and scheduling tasks to Construction Superintendents within assigned markets.
  • Utilize operational reports and dashboards to mitigate project delays and maintain optimum project quality.
  • Assist with the creation and circulation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Monitor Acquisitions Reports to identify homes recently placed under contract for purchase.
  • Review and code invoices for submission and approval.
  • Work with Vendor Management to onboard local vendors.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of the residential building/remodel construction industry is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized.
  • Ability to hold outside vendors accountable to project timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel; experience with Salesforce and Yardi is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
