Project Manager
- The Project Manager will work with Medical Business Partners; R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Pre-Clinical, Health Economics & Market Access and Professional Medical Education.
- With limited direction, lead Medical Affairs SMEs to implement the best enterprise business solutions/propositions
- Guide Medical Affairs SMEs through the development of project plans and task tracking
- Drive project activities to meet project and business objectives
- Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet defined project breakthroughs
- Demonstrate team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impact and risks
- Make the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization
- Lead team thorough detailed analysis, scenario planning and drive recommendations
- Engage teams in healthy debate/conflict resolution, and deliver team aligned option business solutions
- Lead prioritization and options analysis with teams
- Develop, lead and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints, while applying appropriate project scheduling techniques
- Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams
Experience and Education:
A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business or a related field
A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience
Strong Business and Financial Acumen.
