Standard Hours/Week: 40 About the Role Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives across our Pharmacy Health Technology Solutions (PHT) team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to drive strategic go-to-market programs, accelerate revenue growth, and work with a dynamic group of sales and marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Go-To-Market and sales initiatives, targeting new and existing business opportunities.
- Launch campaigns to drive prospecting, new logo acquisition, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Execute customer retention risk analyses and develop plans to address high-risk customers.
- Collaborate with pricing and sales teams to execute pricing campaigns.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across PHT.
- Regularly communicate progress and results through PowerPoint and Excel-based analyses.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years' industry experience, preferably in large enterprise companies.
- Proven project management experience in B2B software, sales operations, and GTM campaigns.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivots) and PowerPoint.
- Project management or sales campaign certifications are a plus.
- 100% remote; ET/CT time zones preferred.
- Potential for conversion to full-time role.
- Candidates with experience in Pharmacy Health Technology or similar health tech domains encouraged to apply.
