Kelly Engineering has an exciting Project Manager position (10 month project) with an industry leader in Parsippany, NJ (onsite). This role offers a competitive pay rate based on experience and the opportunity to work with an impactful product in a positive team environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for capital equipment and facilities projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute capital projects related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, including equipment installations and facility upgrades
  • Management and execution of multiple projects simultaneously including planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical reviews
  • Preparation of design packages and specifications, RFPs, design review, vendor/contractor selection, constructability reviews, approval of submittals, and preparation and oversight of validation and regulatory submissions
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules for trends and compliance to budget
  • Coordinates the efforts of engineering support groups and external resources such as vendors, consultants and contractors
  • Draft request for proposals (RFP) to solicit bids for equipment and engineering services
Project Manager Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of experience in Capital Delivery management in a regulated environment
  • BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
