At Kelly®, we're seeking a Project Manager for Ecommerce Business Growth, to work at a premier company in Beloit, WI. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Pay Rate: $72.00/hr
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Remote position.
Short term 3 month contract role

Project Manager - Ecommerce:
• Managing category and brand-specific P&L for Online retailer, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth while meeting top and bottom-line objectives.
• Building, developing, and executing annual sales plans and budgets with weekly performance reviews against objectives.
• Continuously monitoring portfolio and category brand performance to optimize results and work with internal teams and agencies.
• Manage MAP and price matching scenarios
• Leverage data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits.
• Work with the Amazon Catalog & Content Manager to ensure the consumer experience on Amazon is best-in-class, from content in PDPs, Brand Stores, Posts, Live, Custom Landing Pages, etc.
• Work with Brand Managers, Account Managers, Sales Leads to align to pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Demand Planner to align consumption forecast with operational forecasts to ensure alignment based on inventory lifecycles
• Support Director of Sales, US on deliverables (recaps, reports, sales tools, store analysis, presentations, etc.)



This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• MUST Have a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing multiple brands in a 1P Amazon environment.- Needs to be on resume to be considered for this role. 
• Possess 7+ years of experience in sales and/or channel marketing within the consumer goods sector.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• History of setting and delivering an accelerated growth agenda.
• Amazon Category Management experience
• Digital omnichannel experience for a CPG or retailer, utilizing Amazon and other revenue channels
• Experience leading weekly / monthly meetings to review account financials and priorities
• Experience with Sales Planning, Budgeting and Customer P&L Management
• Advanced analytical and technical skills
• Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Knowledge and use of eCommerce platforms (Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Digital Shelf, Market Share, etc.)
• Vendor Terms Negotiation
