Snapshot:
Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate:  $18.74/hour - $24/hour depending on experience
This is a hybrid opportunity. You will work three days in office, two days from home

What's a typical day as a Provider Network Representative? You'll be:
• Providing information and assistance to resolve problems experienced by practitioners in their contractual relationships with the insurance company
• Assisting in training and educating provider staff on the operations of the insurance company
• Submitting reports on service and recruiting activities
• Responding to fee requests from providers
• Developing and maintaining databases, reports, and statistical analyses of managed care networks
• Coordinating and resolving systemic problems and claim issues
• Reviewing provider directories for the managed care networks
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key facilities, physician groups, and other essential contacts
• Maintaining expertise in pricing arrangements, contract requirements, claims processing, and utilization review
• Processing provider change forms and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with routine and special reporting requirements
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, management, and customers
• Complying with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, and Corporate Integrity policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of work experience in the health care/insurance industry
• Have 3 years of experience in Network Management, Credentialing, and/or Customer Service
• Have an understanding of health care contracts, applications, and products
• Have working knowledge of claims processing systems
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are a team player with problem-solving and organizational skills
• Are familiar with provider reimbursement methods
