We're seeking for a QA Compliance Training Specialist  to work with one of out top pharmaceutical industry clients at Gurabo, PR. 
(Opportunity with Benefits) 
Requirements:

  • B.S. in Natural Science or related completed is required 
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position at  pharmaceutical industry or related preferably with knowledge of cGMPs and compliance aspects. 
  • Experience on training and curricula development.  
  • Knowledge of development of new trainings.
  • Knowledge of cGMP's and compliance.
  • Computer and Software skills. Summit Software required
  • Good communications skills, both written and oral.  Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Administrative Shift, M-F. Available other shift when required.
The  QA Compliance Training Specialist will be responsible for design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees at QA Compliance area. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts. Keep up with developments in QA Compliance area by being facilitator. Monitor training by giving exams and/or measuring on the job trainings.
