General Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, sampling, and making release or rejection decisions for incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities/Functions:- Inspect all incoming raw materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Retrieve samples from incoming raw materials and accurately label them according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Log samples in the tracking system, ensuring the accuracy of all pertinent data.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sampling booth.
- Make decisions to release or reject raw materials based on inspection results.
- Comply with all Company SOPs and policies as well as safety regulations.
- Assist the Quality Control Laboratory management team as needed.

- Skills Required:
- Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.
- Proficient in performing simple math functions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with hand tools and gauges.
- Knowledge of cGMPs, GLPs, ISO standards, and 21 CFR 210, 211, 111, and 117.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodations.
- Ability to work alternately in seated or standing positions.
- Ability to bend, reach forward and overhead, squat, kneel, twist, and turn.
- Capable of operating a forklift or pallet jack when needed.
