Job Title: QC Analyst - Validation and Analytical Testing
Location: Princeton, NJ

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Analyst with a strong background in analytical chemistry and/or biochemistry to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in authoring validation protocols and reports for a variety of analytical test methods. This position involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical methods used in our testing processes, including HPLC, capillary electrophoresis (CE), PCR, ELISA, and cell-based potency assays.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Author validation protocols and reports for analytical test methods used in the development, qualification, and release of products.
  • Conduct and document Deviation Investigations during the execution of method validation protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and document lab findings, including out-of-specification (OOS) results, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytical methods are appropriately validated and meet operational requirements.
  • Support ongoing method improvements and troubleshooting activities as needed.
  • Document all activities in accordance with good documentation practices (GDP) and ensure proper tracking and reporting of results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, capillary electrophoresis (CE), PCR, ELISA, and cell-based potency assays is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of analytical validation principles and quality control processes.
  • Experience in method validation and deviation investigations within a regulated environment. Experience in writing technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and investigation summaries.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA), and industry standards.
