Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking candidates for QC Chemists and Lab Technicians for future opportunities in the Houston area in 2025.  The overall responsibility of these positions will be to support manufacturing operations by performing laboratory analyses on raw materials, process samples, and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Run daily laboratory analyses to provide analytical results
• Be proficient at running and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
• Report out of specification values promptly to Quality and Operations teams
• Monitor all QC functions for data integrity and report anomalies to the appropriate parties
• Coordinate proper maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining lab inventories
• Learn and follow all lab and facility safety regulations
• Maintain good lab housekeeping

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry or related scientific discipline preferred
• 1-7 years of Industrial lab experience
• Ability to communicate data and analytical results clearly, concisely, and effectively
• Able to gather and analyze information and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Must be a reliable team member, consistently adhering to work schedules and following through on commitments
• Strong commitment to personal and workplace safety
