Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Whiteland, IN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $22 per hour
Contract: 6-month assignment

What you'll be doing
• Creating MNCs and PNCs to partner with 3PL for in-house defects (reporting to the QA Manager)
• Acquiring and reviewing “Right First Time” pass data to drive continuous improvement
• Managing Quality Hold and stock check requests related to defects
• Supporting returns processing and information flow between 3PL and claims teams
• Assisting with transportation claims and communicating supplier defects to quality teams
This job might be a great fit if you have:
• A college degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry/analysis
• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 32 lbs and work on the production floor as needed (walking/standing)
