Quality Assurance Specialist – Logistics / Warehouse (Order Selector & Cherry Picker Experience Preferred)
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift: 10 hours (6:00 am – 3:45 pm)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory integrity, cycle counting, and supporting quality control processes. Ideal candidates will have experience with order selection, cherry pickers, cycle counting, and inventory management within logistics or distribution settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in daily operations
- Review and ensure compliance with established company procedures
- Assess procedural discrepancies and analyze raw data for accuracy
- Prepare measurement standards for quality compliance
- Conduct audits and collect/analyze quality data
- Generate reports for management and complete corrective actions
- Slot profiling and optimize pick locations for increased productivity
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
- Support other duties as needed within warehouse operations

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Prior experience with computerized hand-held devices preferred
- Able to work efficiently with technology and inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask and perform material control duties
- Maintain high standards in varying temperatures, including cold, heat, and humidity
- Occasional work in refrigerated environments
- Exposure to moderate/loud noise and some dust/fumes from warehouse equipment
- Consistent, punctual attendance is essential
- Frequent operation of pallet jack and/or forklift
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and handle products throughout the shift
- Stack, unstack, and relocate heavy products (frequent lifting up to 50-65 lbs, including overhead lifting)
- Good vision required (close, distance, and depth perception)
